Grana, Nancy Ellen (5 March 1958 - 10 September 2016)

Nancy Ellen Grana, 58, of Willard died Sept. 10, 2016. She was born to Robert and Ruth (Manning) Ditter March 5, 1958, in Vallejo, CA.

Nancy worked for the Department of Agriculture-Division of Food Safety for the state of Wisconsin for 26 years. She loved living on her hobby farm with her precious animals and enjoying the peaceful and pristine scenery of the nearby Eau Claire River. She was a dedicated member and president of her home-owner association.

She is survived by two daughters: Maria (Jeff) Grana Sachs and Sara Grana, granddaughter Hazel Anne Sachs, mother Ruth Ditter, two brothers: Peter and Steve Ditter and many friends.

Nancy was preceded in death by her father, Robert Ditter.

A celebration of life was held Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2016, at Beaver Creek Reserve, Wise Nature Center in Fall Creek at 2 p.m. with a potluck and refreshments at 4 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations made in Nancy’s name to the Chippewa or Clark County Humane Society.
