Kaiserslautern, Germany (AHTNC) – James J. Brunner, 20, son of Mr. and Mrs.
Chris Brunner, rte. 1, Curtiss (Clark Co., Wis.), was promoted August 18, 1961
to Army Sergeant in Germany.
Sergeant Brunner, assigned to the 43rd Heavy Equipment Maintenance Company in
Kaiserslautern, entered the army in May 1964. He arrived overseas in May 1965,
and was assigned to the 69th Armored Division at Ft. Benning, Ga., before
arriving in Germany.
The sergeant attended Medford High School in Wisconsin.
