Kennedy, Elizabeth (Resignation as County Superintendent – 3 Apr 1919)
Miss Elizabeth Kennedy last week resigned her position as county superintendent
of schools to take the position of superintendent of the schools at Owen. She
left for Owen on Tuesday to begin her work. She has made a most capable and
efficient county officer and under her regime, the rural schools have made
excellent advancement. Her successor as county superintendent will no doubt be
the newly elected official.
