Mr. and Mrs. Pokorny of Washburn spent Sunday afternoon with Mr. and Mrs. Cernek.
Mrs. Hudec called on Mrs. Holub Sunday afternoon.
Oscar Ebert started to work at Geo. Bandelow’s Monday.
Mr. and Mrs. Shramek spent Sunday at the Jukul home.
G. Sodomka bought an 80-acre farm one day last week.
Mr. and Mrs. Ebert spent Saturday evening at the Shramek home.
Several of the women from this vicinity helped Mrs. Pokorny of Washburn strip
feathers Thursday and Friday of last week.
Mr. and Mrs. Louis Matousek spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Hurdy.
Hilda Wesenberg came from Chicago last week to care for her mother, who was hurt
quite badly. She is better at this writing.
Mrs. Gentleman and her sister, Mrs. Unterschitz, spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs.
Sonheim.
Frank Kolar came home from Albert Lee, Minn., last week to visit the home folks.
Mrs. Otto Leverance returned from Elroy last week after spending some time with
friends and relatives.
Louise Michalski is spending this week with her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J.
Pscheidt.
James Karela and Oscar Ebert spent Sunday afternoon with Wm. Shramek.
