Janesville Settlement (10 Apr 1919)
Dr. Baker was called out to see Mrs. S.B. Flagg and little daughter, Marion, who
were quite sick last week.
Mr. and Mrs. Fred Kalkofen and son spent Sunday evening at F. Hatton’s.
Annabel Moorehead and Mrs. Lena Boyce called at C. Hatton’s on Saturday
afternoon.
George Duell of Loyal spent Saturday evening and Sunday at the Clintsman home
here.
Mrs. S.B. Flagg and daughter spent Sunday afternoon with Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Keefe.
Mrs. Julius Hale has been on the sick list.
S.B. Flagg called on M.M. Bahl and Mrs. Dillenbeck Sunday.
Sophia Waseca spent Saturday with Mrs. H. Halle.
Mrs. M.M. Bahl and Miss Huckstead spent Sunday with Mrs. F. Meyers.
Mr. and Mrs. Clark Hatton and son, Donald, spent Sunday at Al. Flagg’s.
F. Hatton, Fred Clintsman, Roger Dillenbeck and Wm. Rowert each hauled a load of
household goods Thursday.
The following spent Sunday with Mrs. Lew Dimler: Mrs. J. Buettner, Mrs. C.
Loeffler, Mrs. J.J. Susa and son Robert, and Anna and Sophia Waseca.
Mrs. Chas. Churkey is on the gain after a month’s illness. We are all glad to
hear of it.
