Struensees and Sheridans spent Sunday afternoon at the Ebert home.
Lois Sears spent Sunday afternoon with Lillian Shramek.
Mr. and Mrs. C. Lueck and little son, Marvin, and Mr. and Mrs. Breseman spent
Sunday evening with Mr. and Mrs. O. Leverance.
There was a farewell party given at the Holub home for James Karela last Tuesday
night. A big crowd was present and all had the usual good time. James left for
South Dakota Thursday, where he intends to work for the summer.
Mrs. J. Holub and Mrs. C. Shramek spent Sunday afternoon with Mrs. Rizner of
Washburn.
Frank Kolar left for Minnesota on Saturday after spending a few days with his
folks.
Mr. and Mrs. R. Ebert and Edward and Lillian Shramek spent Friday evening with
Mr. and Mrs. C. Lueck.
Ed. Shramek returned from Chicago last week Tuesday, after spending several
weeks with relatives and friends.
Mr. Winnechinski of Chicago was here visiting friends last week.
Mr. and Mrs. Johnson of Shortville visited with Mr. and Mrs. J. Pscheidt
Tuesday.
Mrs. W. Hanson returned to her home at Chippewa Falls last week, after attending
her sister, Mrs. Geo. Bandelow. Miss Johanna Blum is working there now.
Chas. Shramek sawed wood for Fred Sears and Ignatz Friday and for Lipke’s
Saturday.
Mr. and Mrs. Trinkner spent Sunday evening with Mr. and Mrs. J. Pscheidt.
Wm. Rath recently lost a valuable cow.
