West Eaton (17 Apr 1919)
A. Davey hauled cheese Monday for the West Eaton factory.
H. Bostwick and son, Lyle, were callers at A. Thorson’s and Joe Susa, Sr.,
Monday afternoon.
Joe Oznich has a nephew here from Michigan looking after his farm which is
across the road from Mr. Oznich’s.
Mr. Davey and Victor Bahl were at Neillsville Tuesday on business.
Gertrude Davey and Genevieve Borger called at Bostwick’s Sunday.
Bernice Davey spent a few days with Victoria Bahl last week.
Mrs. Oznich called at Podobnick’s Sunday evening.
Joe Oznich and nephew, John Oznich, called at Bostwick’s Thursday evening.
Dr. Kennedy was called out Thursday to Mr. Davey’s, who has been quite ill for
the past week.
Mr. Meyer and Mr. and Mrs. Gemmeke and Iola and Victoria Bahl, Miss Huckstead,
Mrs. Bostwick, Jason Bostwick and John Schmidt visited at Davey’s Sunday.
Orville Dimler called on Lyle Bostwick one day last week.
Victoria Bahl left Tuesday for Antigo to look after some land which he has at
that place.
John Schmidt returned from Peoria, Ill., Tuesday and left his mother and brother
feeling very much improved.
Jason Bostwick visited at home Sunday.
