Kehnl, Mrs. Adolph (11 SEP 1903 – 11 DEC 1966)
Mrs. Adolph Kehul, 63, 234 ½ West Elm Street, Chippewa Falls, died at St.
Joseph’s Hospital at Chippewa Falls at 1:30 Sunday afternoon, December 11, 1966.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. December 13 from Christ Episcopal Church
with the Rev. Carter J. Gregory officiating. Burial was made at Forest Hill
Cemetery, Chippewa Falls.
Mrs. Kehnl was born September 11, 1903, in Withee (Clark Co., Wis.), the
daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Schaar. She lived here most of her young
life and was a graduate of the Owen school system. She was an elementary teacher
at Knapp prior to her marriage Jan. 2, 1926, at Stillwater, Minn. She continued
teaching on a part time basis after her marriage.
Surviving are sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Mrs. Kathryn Schaar of
Cincinnati, Ohio; Mrs. Hazel Beghum, Menomonie; Harold Kehnl and C.D. Wilcox,
Chippewa Falls; Earl Kehnl, Mrs. Lois Fitten and Miss Ruth Kehnl, all of
Chicago, Ill., and Lawrence Doucette of De Forest.
