Neimag, Anna (17 APR 1889 – 08 MAR 1967)
Mrs. Anna Carlsen Neimag, age 77, died at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, after a long
illness. Her body will lie in repose on Friday afternoon and evening at the
Polnaszek Funeral Home at Abbotsford. Funeral services are set for Saturday,
March 11 at 1:30 p.m. from the funeral home. The Rev. Hugh Evans will officiate.
Mrs. Neimag was born on April 17, 1889 in Blairsburg, Iowa, daughter of the late
Christine and Fred Carlsen. In October 1929 Anna and Otto Neimag were married at
Neillsville. They engaged in farming for many years in the Withee (Clark Co.,
Wis.) area and moved to Abbotsford in 1963.
Mrs. Neimag is survived by her husband, Otto; three daughters, Mrs. John
(Dorothy) Neidhold of Abbotsford; Mrs. John (Alice) Ellingsworth of Milwaukee,
and Mrs. Elmer (Frances) Dobratz of Milwaukee; one son, Barton Christensen of
Milwaukee; two sisters, Mrs. Hans Clausen and Mrs. Emil Hansen of Owen; one
brother, Thorvald Carlsen of Withee, and seven grandchildren and thirteen
great-grandchildren.
Three brothers preceded her in death.
