Clark County Forestry and Parks Department (FPD) Facilities Supervisor Jim Smagacz hold an appreciation plaque presented Oct. 14, by Forestry and Parks Committee Chairperson Al Bower (l). Smagacz recently retired after 35-plus years of service to Clark County. The plaque inscription reads: “This plaque is given with sincere gratitude, in recognition of your commitment and service to the Clark County Forestry and parks Department. Through diligent efforts and distinguished leadership, you have left your mark on recreational programs and functions provided for the citizens of Clark County. Stand proud of your accomplishments, knowing that your efforts will be enjoyed by many generations of people to come.”
