The wedding of Miss Sandra Lee to the Rev. Lowell Anderson was solemnized on
Saturday, June 3rd, 1967, at 2:30 in the afternoon at the Crosby Assembly of
God, Crosby, Minnesota. The Rev. Clark Gage of Crosby and the Rev. Douglas
Henderson of Minneapolis, Minnesota performed the marriage ceremony. The bride
is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leoanrd Lee, Minneapolis, and the groom is the
son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Anderson of Minneapolis.
The bride chose a white satin wedding gown fashioned with a white satin bow in
the back. Her veil of white tulle was attached to a white satin bow.
Attending the bride as maid of honor was her sister, Miss Virginia Lee. Mrs.
Gary Lee, a cousin of the bride, was the bridesmaid. Both attendants wore blue
lace over taffeta gowns with blue tulle headpieces attached to a blue bow. They
carried one long stemmed blue carnation.
Little Kelly Kirk of Minneapolis, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Keith Kirk, was the
flower girl, who wore a floor length white gown. Her headpiece was in blue to
match the bridesmaids.
Attending the groom as best man was his brother, Arden Anderson, with Daniel
Rothwell and Jerry Juergensen, nephews of the groom, as groomsmen. The groom and
attendants all wore white formal jackets and black trousers.
Following the wedding a reception as held in the lower auditorium. Decorations
on the table were blue and white carnations.
Guests came from Minneapolis, Bigfork, Minn.; Lincoln, Nebraska; Morris, Minn.;
Los Angeles, California; and Milan, Wisconsin.
The bride is a graduate of Hillcrest Academy at Fergus Falls, Minn., and a
student at North Central Bible College in Minneapolis.
The groom is a graduate of North High School in Minneapolis and North Central
Bible College of Minneapolis. He is now serving as pastor of the Owen Gospel
Tabernacle.
