Baddgor, Wesley F.
DORCHESTER – Funeral Services for Wesley F. Baddgor, 81, will be at 1 p.m.
Saturday at Salem United Methodist Church.
He died at 7:15 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield.
Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery, Medford. The Rev. Clem Doser is to
officiate. Friends may call after 4 p.m. Friday at Maurina Funeral Home,
Dorchester.
Mr. Baddgor was born Feb. 27, 1899 in Rochester, Minn. He was educated there and
farmed in the towns of Holway and Goodrich. He came to Dorchester in 1964.
The World War I veteran was a member of Klossner-Dietzler Post, Veterans of
Foreign Wars in Medford and Leach-Paulson American Legion in Dorchester.
Surviving are his wife, the former Rose Stampflee, whom he married Nov. 8, 1953;
one son, Wesley Jr. of Northfield, Minn.; a daughter, Mrs. Harry (Geraldine)
Herkenratt of Detroit Lake, Minn.; a sister, Mrs. Pearl Hall of Bradenton, Fla.;
three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Three brothers and one sister
are deceased.
