Amarillo, Texas – Arden L. Blume, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred L. Blume of rural
Curtiss (Clark Co., Wis.), has been promoted to Airman Second Class in the U.S.
Air Force.
Airman Blume is a jet engine mechanic at Amarillo AFB, Texas. He is a member of
the Strategic Air Command, the nation's combat ready intercontinental missile
and bomber force.
The airman is a graduate of Colby High School.
