Klawiter, William F. (1887? – 21 JUL 1967)
William F. Klawiter, 80, of 566 Germania St., Eau Claire, died Friday morning,
July 21, 1967, in Sacred Heart Hospital.
Services were held at 10:30 a.m. Monday morning in Stokes and Sons Chapel, the
Rev. Perry Saito officiating. Burial was made at Forest Hill Cemetery.
Born in Eau Claire, he maintained a residency in the all of his life, including
the 29 years he was employed here city (Owen, Clark Co., Wis.) as chief
machinist at the Master Package Corporation. Before coming here, he was employed
at the McDonough Manufacturing Company at Eau Claire. He retired 13 years ago
from the Master Package Corporation and returned to Eau Claire.
Surviving are his wife, Mollie; two sons, Lawrence W. Chetek, and John W.,
Amery; one brother, Ewald, Eau Claire; two sisters, Mrs. Walter Zemple and Mrs.
William Johnson, Eau Claire, and seven grandchildren.
