A party was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Snortheim at Marshfield
Saturday evening in honor of Mrs. Snortheim's birthday. Those present were Mr.
and Mrs. Harley Hardrath, Mr. and Mrs. Ole Snortheim, Mr. and Mrs. Larry Fritz,
Mr. and Mrs. Jerome Weiler and Mr. and Mrs. Louis Hardrath.
Mrs. Harley Hardrath, who had the misfortune to fall into a silage fork with her
knee, is getting along quite well and is up and around.
A picnic was held at the Herman Hardrath home Sunday. Those present were Mr. and
Mrs. Howard Hardrath and daughters, Mr. and Mrs. Gib Wiedenhoeft Sr. and
daughter, Anita, Unity; and his mother, Mrs. Albert Wiedenhoeft, Mr. and Mrs.
Harold Hardrath, LuAnne and Glen, and Mr. and Mrs. Gib Wiedenhoeft Jr. and
family of Stevens Point.
Mr. and Mrs. Jerome Weiler visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Chester Gluck on
Saturday at Stevens Point.
Mr. and Mrs. Richard Janda and baby were guests Sunday at the home of Mr. and
Mrs. Harley Hardrath. The Janda's are from Brookfield, Ill.
Mrs. Sophia Schulhauser spent five days at Wausau with her grandchildren while
their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Schulhauser, were on vacation in upper
Michigan and in Canada.
Mr. and Mrs. Jerome Weiler visited Wednesday evening at the Pete Weiler home.
Mrs. Sophia Schulhauser enjoyed a three day visit with her brother and wife, Mr.
and Mrs. Ralph Scheel, at Marshfield.
