Pleiku, Vietnam (AHTNC) – Ronald C. Decker, son of Mr. and Mrs. Cyril P. Decker,
route, 1, Dorchester, was promoted to Army Specialist, where he is serving with
the 573rd Supply and Service Company.
Spec. Decker, a forklift operator, entered the Army in October 1965, completed
his basic training at For Leonard Wood, Missouri, and was stationed at Ft.
Campbell, Kentucky. He arrived overseas in August of last year.
The 21 year old soldier is a 1963 graduate of Do-Abby High School in Abbotsford.
