Married by the Rev. William A. Gatz at Zion Lutheran Church in Ashland at three o'clock Saturday afternoon, August 5, 1967, were Miss Shirley Jane Santala, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Santala, route 1, Withee (Clark Co., Wis.), and Michael Warren Johnson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Delmond Johnson, route 1, Withee.

The bride wore a white waffled crepe A-line street dress with white accessories and a corsage of red and pink roses and white carnations.

She is a May 1967 graduate of Owen-Withee High School, and her husband, who works for Spencer Sports Products, Spencer, graduated from Greenwood High School in 1964.

Following a northern Wisconsin honeymoon, the Johnsons are making their home on route 1, Greenwood (Clark Co.).
