LePage, Nancy Lou (30 SEP 1967)
Nancy Lou LePage, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward LePage, Withee (Clark Co.,
Wis.), repeated marriage vows Saturday, September 30, 1967, with William
Telford, route 1, Owen.
The Rev. Hubert L. Crubel, pastor, officiated at the 11 a.m. nuptial Mass at
Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Owen. The bride was given in marriage by her
father, and the children's choir sang.
Two topiary balls of white carnations fashioned the bridal bouquet carried by
Miss LePage as she approached the altar in a floor length entrained gown of Peau
taffeta and an English silk illusion veil held to a flat taffeta bow headpiece.
Mrs. Joan Carlsen, Owen, served as matron of honor, and Nancy Hendriks, route 1,
Withee, as bridesmaid. Each carried a topiary ball of pink tinted carnations
with her dress their dresses of rose crepe and floral cluster taffeta headpiece
with bouffant veil.
Thomas Malmgren, Owen, and Nick Matkovich, Withee, were the groom's best man and
groomsman, respectively. Robert Erickson, withee, and Randy Frederickson, Owen,
ushered.
Dinner was served to the bridal party and wedding guests at 1:30 p.m. at
Meadowview Country Club, Owen, and a reception at 4:30 p.m. took place at the
parental LePage home.
Mrs. Telford is a 1963 graduate of Owen-Withee Senior High School and has been
employed in Thorp at the Thorp Life Insurance Corp. Her husband graduated in
1962 from the same high school and is a truck driver for Hanz Trucking at
Wausau.
After a wedding trip in northern Wisconsin, the newlyweds will reside in Withee.
