Bryce Luchterhand of Unity (Clark Co., Wis.) received the Wallace C. Hitchcock
Award at the honor day convocation at Northland College in Ashland.
The award is given each year to the student who has worked for the best
interests of the Northland College Community.
A graduate of Colby High School, Luchterhand is a junior at Northland.
He was also included in the U.S. College Book of Who's Who.
Bryce has been on the Dean's List for academic achievements, he initiated a
tutoring program for disadvantaged high school students that has been highly
successful, he is president of the students' Judiciary Council, is head
Counselor, and has been very active in the peace movement.
