Krause, Marie (24 DEC 1880 – 27 OCT 1968)
Mrs. Charles Krause, 247 N. 14th Ave., Wausau, died at a Wausau hospital at 9
p.m. Sunday.
Funeral services were held Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Christ Lutheran Church,
Clinton. The Rev. Dale Hansen, pastor of Zion Lutheran Church, Wausau,
officiated, and burial was in Clinton.
The former Marie Finster was born December 24, 1889 in Clinton, daughter of the
late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Finster. On October 8, 1908, in Clinton, she married
Charles Krause, who died April 28, 1947.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Lawrence Collins, 247 N. 14th Ave., Wausau,
two sisters, Mrs. Fred Burrmann, and Mrs. Alfred Burman, both of Milwaukee.
Serving as pallbearers were all nephews, Robert Potratz, Clinton; Walter Finster,
Janesville; Lawrence Burrmann, Milwaukee; Timothy and Frederick Krause, and
Raymond Darge, Fort Atkinson.
