Tomaszewski, Margaret M. (2 OCT 1941 – 16 DEC 2016)
Margaret M. Tomaszewski, age 75, of Prineville, Oregon, formerly of Withee
(Clark Co.), Wisconsin, passed away on Friday, December 16, 2016, at St. Charles
Medical Center in Bend Oregon. A graveside service was held at 1:00 p.m. on
Thursday, January 5, 2017, at Old St. Hedwig's Catholic Cemetery, rural Thorp,
with Deacon Bernie Lyngdal officiating.
Margaret Mary Jarocki was born on October 2, 1941, in Withee, WI, the daughter
of Bruno P. Sr. and Martha A. (Wegner) Jarocki. She was raised and educated in
the rural Withee area, and graduated from Owen-Withee High School in 1959. In
1960 she moved to Chicago, Ill., where she worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse
in the health care industry for many years. Margaret moved to Prineville, Oregon
in 2010 to live with her daughter, Lori.
Margie had many interests, but especially enjoyed knitting.
She is survived by three daughters: Lois of Chicago, Ill., Linda (Douglas) at
Las Vegas, Nevada, Lori (Les) of Prineville, Oregon; four grandchildren; one
great-grandchild; six siblings: Charles (Alice) Jarocki of Clovis, CA, Charlotte
(John) Rekiel of Oil City, PA, Anthony (Darlene) Jarocki of Withee, WI, George
(Sandi) Jarocki of Thorp, WI, Mildred (Bernie) Lyngdal of Tomahawk, WI, Virginia
(James) Wegner of Butternut, WI; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Bruno P. Jarocki Jr., and
one sister, Theresa Matich.
