Nelson, Henry (26 DEC 1890 – 20 NOV 1968)
Henry Nelson, 77, rt. 2, town of Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), died suddenly
Wednesday at Victory Memorial Hospital, Stanley.
He was born in the town of Thorp on December 26, 1890. He lived his entire life
in the town of Thorp, where he farmed and did carpenter work. A veteran of World
War I, he was a member of the V.F.W.
Survivors are one brother, John, of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, Canada; and two
sisters, Mrs. Albert Lee, Thorp; and Mrs. Helen Allard, Waupaca.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Our Saviors Lutheran Church,
Stanley, with Rev. Carl W. Peters officiating. Burial was in the Eidsvold
Cemetery.
