Leo Rosier, 25, son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Rosier, Withee (Clark Co.), Wis., was
promoted to Army Sergeant November 24, 1968, near Pleiku, Vietnam, where he is
assigned to the 4th Infantry Division.
Sgt. Rsoier, a squad leader with Company C. 3rd Battalion of the Division 12th
Infantry, entered the Army in August 1967 and completed basic training at Ft.
Campbell, Ky.
The sergeant attended Withee High School.
