Joe Horban returned home from Chicago Sunday, where he had attended the funeral of his sister, Mrs. Catherine Groenowult, who passed away December 24, 1968. He was accompanied by his mother, Mrs. Celia Horban of Lublin and Mrs. Paul Lockhart of Owen.

Mrs. Celia Horban, Mrs. Joe Pewalko and Stevie, and Mrs. Paul Lockhart were Sunday dinner guests at the Joe Hoban home.

Mr. and Mrs. Omar Thorp of Darlington and Mrs. Anna Paap visited at the George Paap home Friday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. Ray Nylen and family of Milwaukee spent Thursday and Friday at the Clifford Walker home.

Mr. and Mrs. Orville Manier and family were Christmas dinner guests at the Wilfred Mohr home.

Christmas dinner guests at the Richard Hakes home were Mr. and Mrs. Lavern Hakes and family and Miss Linda Hunt.

Mr. and Mrs. Charles Nitz were Christmas dinner guests at the Vernon La Marche home.

Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Walker were Friday dinner guests at the Clifford Manier home.

Stevie and Shane Swope and Stevie and Terry Manier helped Ronnie Horban celebrate his birthday last Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Richard Hakes and Donnie were Christmas supper guests at the Bill Mitchell home.

Mr. and Mrs. Paul Gustafson and family visited at the Lester Lodahl home Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Karm of Chicago spent the weekend at the Clifford Walker home.

Mr. and Mrs. Orville Manier and family, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Horban and family, and Mr. and Mrs. Jake Manier and sons spent Christmas Eve at the Clifford Manier home.

Mr. and Mrs. Larry Gerrits and Toni, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Miller and Miss Elaine Phillippi spent Christmas Eve at the Don Miller home.
