Grube, Helen Edna Lydia Therese (Lipprandt) (20 NOV 1911 - 10 NOV 1980)
Mrs. Victor (Helen) Grube, 68, Route 1, Owen, died of an apparent heart attack
Monday morning, November 10, at her home.
The Rev. Robin O. Fink will officiate at services to be held at 2 p.m. Thursday
at the Zion Lutheran Church in Colby. Burial will take place in North Green
Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. Wednesday at Rux-Lulloff Funeral Home, Colby,
where a prayer service is scheduled for 8 p.m.
Formerly Helen Lipprandt, Mrs. Grube was born November 20, 1911, in the Town of
Green Grove and was educated there. She married Victor Grube on December 5, 1931
in Green Grove. She was affiliated with Zion Lutheran Church.
She is survived by her husband; 12 children, Elden of Mount Prospect, Ill.;
Gerald of Medford; LaVern of Preston, Mo.; Roger of Carpentersville, Ill.; Mrs.
Jim (Marlene) Schill of Hartford; Richard of Elgin, Ill.; Kenneth of Curtiss;
Douglas of Romulus, Mich.; Mrs. Roy (Marcella) Sobeck and Mrs. Ed (Marilyn)
Bruger, both of Abbotsford; Victor of Greenwood; and Randell of Owen; 25
grandchildren; a brother Walter of Abbotsford; and two sisters, Mrs. Carl
(Lydia) Bierbaum of Neillsville and Mrs. Elvira Rauch of Marshfield.
Her parents and two grandchildren are deceased.
