Judge Peter Seidl granted a divorce to the plaintiff, Rosemary Budzinski,
Medford, from Henry Budzinski, Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), on ground of cruel and
inhuman treatment.
The mother was granted the custody of a minor child and support payment was
ordered. The couple had three children. They were married in Thorp, September
11, 1945.
