Milbeck, Dolores M. (Kosinski) (3 JUN 1926 - 30 JAN 2017)

Dolores M. Milbeck, 90, Marathon, was called home by her Heavenly Father on Monday, January 30, 2017 at Benedictine Manor, Wausau.

She was born June 3, 1926 in Milwaukee, daughter of the late John and Agnes (Zych) Kosinski. On May 8, 1946, she married Harry Milbeck in Milwaukee and together they raised four children.

For 33 years, Dolores worked for the Marathon Cheese Corp. in Marathon until her retirement in 1989. Among her favorite pastimes, she enjoyed playing bingo, trips to the casino, gardening, crocheting, camping and fishing. She also spent many hours volunteering at Mount View Care Center in Wausau.

Survivors include, four children, Thomas (Patricia) Milbeck, Ringle, Sharon (Donald Moore) Schultz, Merrill, Char (Dennis) Lewandoski, Wausau and Sandy (Bob Gurzynski) Schmitt, Edgar; 14 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and many great-great-grandchildren.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her ex-husband, Harry; one granddaughter, Jennifer Engel; four sisters and four brothers.

The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at St. Mary Catholic Church, Marathon. Rev. Msgr. Joseph Diermeier will preside. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.

Visitation will be on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until time of services at the church.
