Sebunia, Barbara Ann (1 FEB 1969)
Miss Barbara Ann Sebunia became the bride of Walter W. Lobacz in a two p.m.
ceremony performed by Father Norbert West at St. Stanislaus Church, Lublin, on
Saturday, February 1, 1969. Geraldine Wisniewski played while Joanne Staniec
sang “Ave Maria” at offertory.
Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Alex Sebunia of Lublin and Mr. and Mrs.
George Lobacz, Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.).
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a long white A-lined dress made
of Chaphon taffeta. It featured lace trim through the top, Middle and bottom,
with square neckline and long lace trimmed train. She carried a bouquet of red
roses, with white stephanotis.
Mrs. Kathy Froniczak was her cousin’s matron of honor, and bridesmaids were Miss
Carol Lobacz, sister of the groom, and Miss betty Sebunia, sister of the bride.
They wore blue velvet gowns and carried blue and white carnations.
Best man was Jim Trybula and Ray Lobacz was groomsman. Ushers were Dale
