Norks, Tony (13 June 1887 – 21 July 1974)
Funeral services for Tony Norks, 87, were held at 10 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic
Church in Greenwood. The Rev. Michael Mertens of the Holy Family Catholic Church
in Willard officiated with burial in the St. Hedwig’s Cemetery in Thorp.
Pallbearers were John Mickett, John Coppellatti, Wesley Henderson, Lawrence
Suda, Tony Pulokas, and Mike Norks.
Relatives from away who attended were his nieces, Jane Henderson of Bethel, Mn.,
and Agnes Coppellatti of River Grove, Il., and his grandniece, Nancy Norks from
McCord Air Force Base, Washington.
