Jennejohn, Elsie M. (Reed) (30 JUN 1941 - 18 FEB 2017)
Elsie M. Jennejohn, 75, Wausau, died Saturday, February 18, 2017 at her home.
She was born June 30, 1941 in Marathon, County, Wis., daughter of the late Elmer
and Agnes (Gebauer) Reed. On June 15, 1963, she married Henry Jennejohn in
Mosinee. He survives.
Elsie enjoyed her role as a homemaker and stay at home mom. Among her favorite
pastimes, she enjoyed camping, bingo, trips to the casino and reading. She was a
member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary Aories 624 in Marshfield and a
member and officer of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary Aories 2338 in
Port Orchard, Washington.
Elsie was a longtime member of Saint Andrew Lutheran Church in Rib Mountain.
Survivors include, her husband of 53 years, Henry Jennejohn, Wausau; five
children, Roxanne Jennejohn, Wausau, Carl (Penny) Jennejohn, Auburndale, James
Jennejohn, Shelton, Wash., Tammy (Randy) Sicks, Port Orchard, Wash. and Blinda
Jennejohn, Tomah; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; five siblings,
Mary Fromfield, Merrill, Milo (Murt) Reed, Evelyn (Roy) Ciula, Earl (Elaine)
Reed and David (Pam) Reed, all of Mosinee; and many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Donna Parker and
Delia Seise.
Memorial services will be at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at Saint
Andrew Lutheran Church, Rib Mountain. Rev. Jenn Collins will officiate.
Visitation will be on Saturday from 12:30 p.m. until time of services all at the
church.
