Mr. and Mrs. Alex Soeller accompanied Mr. and Mrs. John Smasal of Stanley to
Greenwood on Sunday and spent the afternoon at the Ervin Geisler home, and were
supper guests there.
Mrs. Dennis Glovold of Stanley and little Carol spent Saturday afternoon with
Mr. and Mrs. Smigaj.
Mr. and Mrs. Layton Asselin spent Tuesday evening at the Harry Heiting home in
Staley.
Nancy Welzien visited relatives in Stanley and Thorp during the week, and
returned to San Diego on Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Anderson of Eau Claire spent Thursday with the Hanford
Anderson family.
Mr. and Mrs. Layton Asselin spent Thursday and Friday in Eau Claire with their
son and family, Mr. and Mrs. Orville Asselin.
Mr. and Mrs. Ed Bobb and family of Chippewa Falls spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs.
Virgil Bobb.
Mrs. Adam Lesniewski returned home from the Marshfield hospital Monday afternoon
with her husband and sister-in-law, Mrs. Edna Jasinek.
Mrs. Louis Kaczor and Bill spent Sunday afternoon and evening with Mr. and Mrs.
John Kaczor at Redville.
Mrs. Della Telford and Mr. and Mrs. Layton Asselin attended a wedding of Sandra
Telford and Ronald Beisner of Spencer, on Saturday.
Richard Lesniewski of Milwaukee spent the weekend at the home of his parents,
Mr. and Mrs. Frank Lesniewski.
Mrs. John Osowski and son David returned home Friday after spending a week in El
Paso, Texas. While there they attended the wedding of their son and brother
Thomas, and visited in Mexico and New Mexico. Their trip was made via American
Airlines.
