Kronberger, George (7 NOV 1891 – 2 JAN 1972)
George Kronberger, 82, Loyal (Clark Co., Wis.0, died on January 2, 1972 at 12:30
a.m. in Memorial Hospital, Neillsville, of heart failure.
Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 4, 1972 at Trinity
Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Wm. Humlie officiating. Burial was made in the
Lutheran Cemetery. Roycraft Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
George Kronberger was born November 7, 1891 in Jefferson, Wisconsin, and moved
to Loyal with his parents as a child.
He was married April 8, 1915 at Fort Atkinson, Wis., to Augusta McGon, who
preceded him in death. After his marriage he farmed near Loyal (York Township)
until his retirement about ten years ago, at which time they moved to Loyal.
He was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church.
He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Wesley (Agnes) Brown, Waukegan, Illinois;
three brothers, Leo, Loyal; Arthur, Owen; Frank Loyal, and five sisters, Mrs.
Rose Seidelman, Loyal; Mrs. Paul (Leona ) Sischo, Loyal; Miss Mollie Kronberger,
Owen; Mrs. Frank (Carrie) Morse, Loyal; Mrs. Clara Kalhason, Baton Rouge,
Louisiana.
He was preceded in death by his wife, who died on December 1, 1967, and one
brother and one sister.
