Mr. and Mrs. Delmer Toltzman, Route 1, Spencer, announce the engagement of their daughter, Cheryl Ann, to Gene Clarence Knoll, son of Mrs. Vera Knoll, Riplinger (Clark Co., Wis.), and the late Mr. Clarence Knoll. Miss Toltzman graduated from Spencer High School in 1970 and is employed at Land O'Lakes, Inc. Cheese Division in Spencer. Her fiancé, who graduated in 1971 from Colby High School, is now attending the University of Wisconsin, Marshfield-Wood County Center.

Wedding plans are indefinite.
