Winners of the holiday drawing at Ayers grocery were as follows: Elaine Alexander, the turkey; Sharon Cook, a ham; and Myrl Messer, the box of candy.

Mrs. Dorothy Dearth and mother, Mrs. Alma Edblom, spent one week during the holidays at the home of Mrs. Dearth's daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Randy Holtman of Millersville.

Miss Susan Gurtner and friend Jerry, West Bend, spent New Year's weekend at the home of her father, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Gurtner.

New Year's Day supper guests at the home of Mr. and Mr.s Donald Weis were Mrs. Weis' parents, Mr. and Mrs. Mark Gennett, and Mr. and Mrs. Howard Schultz, Spencer.

New Year's Day visitors at the home of Mrs. Alvin Timm were her brother and family, Mr. and Mrs. Fabian Deppe and children, Lorie, Luann, Paul, Kevin, and David, from Junction City. Her son, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Timm and family, Steven Tracy, Jonathan, Neenah, were also visitors.

Mr. and Mrs. Gus Paschke, son Jeff and daughter Abby, left on Monday, January 3, for a two week vacation in Florida.

On New Year's Day Grant Herrick accompanied Mr. George Cook and Mrs. Clarence Ravy for a visit at the home of Mr. and Ms. Ralph Peterson, Cutiss. In the eening they visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Henry House, Abbotsford.

Renee and Jeff White visited at the home of their grandparents, the Orville Whites at Rice Lake from Tuesday until Sunday, when their father drove up to bring them back home.
