Waldhart, Terry L. (8 AUG 1969 - 2 AUG 2010)

Terry L. Waldhart, 40, of W4216 Apple Ave., Medford, passed away on Monday, August 2, 2010, at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield palliative care unit where he had been a patient for the past 5 weeks after a long battle with cancer.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 7 at Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church, Medford, with Rev. James Krueger officiating.

Honorary pallbearers will be his nieces and nephews, Alec, Noah, Carly, McKenzie and Austin Waldhart all of Medford.

Visitation will be at the Hemer Funeral Home from 5-7 PM Friday, Aug. 6 and also at church 9 AM until time of services at 11 AM on Saturday, Aug. 7.

Terry was born on August 8, 1969, at Medford, to Allen and Linda (Zuleger) Waldhart. He attended Immanuel Lutheran School, Medford; 1987 graduate of Medford High School; and earned an Associate degree in architectural building design from NTC, Wausau.

After his education, he worked in the St. Paul, MN area for a period of time before returning to the Medford area in 1995. He worked for a Medford manufacturing company for a period of time. Terry was employed as a draftsman in Dorchester until ill health. He enjoyed golf, fishing, hunting, bowling, softball, the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers, and spending time with family & friends. He was a member of Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church, Medford; Tee Hi Golf Club, Medford; and a Past member of Tee Hi golf leagues, area bowling & softball leagues.

Terry is survived by his parents, Allen and Linda (Zuleger) Waldhart of Medford, special friend, Krissy Wojner of Medford, and Step-daughter: Faith.

He is futher survived by his maternal grandfather Alvin Zuleger of Alamo Rose, Texas;
God Parents Randy Zuleger of Circle Pines, MN; and Joyce Willett of Medford; siblings Todd (Colleen) Waldhart, Brett Waldhart and Scott (Lori) Waldhart all of Medford.

Terry is predeceased by paternal grandparents, Werner and Dorothy Waldhart; maternal grandmother, Anne Zuleger; and Uncle, Jim Hartwig.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to either Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church, Medford or the American Brain Tumor Association, 2720 River Rd., Des Plaines, IL 60018
