Airman Elmer S. Langhoff, son of Mrs. Phyllis Butterbrodt of 401 W. Williams
St., Dwight, Illinois, has graduated at Sheppard AFB, Texas, from the U.S. Air
Force aircraft mechanic course conducted by the Air Training Command.
The airman, who was trained to repair current Air Force jet fighters, is being
assigned to Cannon AFB, New Mexico, for duty with a unit of the Tactical Air
Command, which provides combat units for air support of U.S. ground forces.
Airman Langhoff attended Colby High School. His father, Joe Langhoff, resides in
Spencer. The airman's wife, Shirley, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louis
Edwards, route 1, Loyal (Clark Co., Wis.).
