Dawson, Deborah Lee (22 APR 1972)
Deborah Lee Dawson, Edgar, daughter of Mrs. Raymond Dawson, Unity, and Victor
Kenneth Sandley, Edgar, son of Mr. and Mrs. Victor Sandley, Spencer, were
married at 4 o'clock p.m. Saturday, April 22, 1972 in the Unity (Clark Co.,
Wis.) Memorial Hall. The Rev. James Primley officiated at the ceremony.
For her wedding the bride chose a floor length, white satin gown with lace over
full skirt and long sheer nylon sleeves. Her two tiered veil was fastened to a
crown headpiece. She carried a bouquet of white carnations and blue roses.
Kathy Dawson, sister of the bride, as maid of honor, and Carol Tippelt, Spencer,
and Gwen Dawson, Unity, as bridesmaids, wore aqua high waisted floor length
dresses and carried varied colored roses.
The groom's attendants were Dennis Fischer, Spencer, as best man, and Rick
Edblom, Unity, and Dick Sandley, Spencer were the groomsmen.
Peggy Dawson was flower girl and Scot Leonard the ring bearer.
A reception was held at the Unity Memorial Hall.
Mrs. Sandley is a 1971 graduate of Colby High School and works at the Edgar
Basket Factory. Mr. Sandley graduated from Spencer High School in 1971 and is
employed at the Edgar Basket Factory.
A wedding trip to Oregon will be taken in June.
The couple is at home at Edgar, Wisconsin.
