Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Cowles, Loyal (Clark Co., Wis.), announce the engagement
of their daughter, Dr. Mary B. Cowles, Madison, to Mr. Rene McShane, Madison,
son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank McShane, Milwaukee. Dr. Mary graduated from Loyal High
School and from the University of Wisconsin school of Medicine in Madison. She
is a staff physician at Mendota State Hospital. Mr. McShane receive his Master
of Science degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin, and is
presently engaged in Professional Counselling Services, Inc. in McFarland. A
July wedding is being planned.
