Miss Jacqueline Ruth Ann Garski, 906 South 1st Avenue, Wausau, Wisconsin, and
Mr. Willard Lewis Lee Jr., 1906 North Sixth Street, Wausau, son of Dr. and Mrs.
Willard Lewis Lee Sr., Loyal (Clark Co., Wis.), were married on May 13, 1972 at
4:00 p.m. in the Zion Lutheran Church, Wasau, with the Rev. Philip H. Oten
officiating.
Mrs. Philip H. Oten was the soloist, accompanied by Mrs. Richard Schumacher at
the organ.
Foer her wedding the bride chose a gown of nylon organza over taffeta with a
high neckline of Venice lace and a Schiffi embroidery blue ribbon panel down the
front and the sleeves.
The wedding won had an A-line skirt with an attached chapel sweep train. The
bride wore a floral feathered garland headpiece and carried a bouquet of spring
flowers of pompons, carnations and baby's breath in blue, pink and white.
Miss Susan Kay Schneck, 1508 Second Street, Wausau, as maid of honor, wore pink
georgette over taffeta gown, with white bodice with white lace trim and square
neckline and floral embroidery trim and slightly gathered skirt and wore a tulle
picture hat.
Miss Susan Brose, 624 Lake View Drive, Wausau, as bridesmaid, and Miss Donna
Jean Garski, sister of the bride, as junior bridesmaid, were attired in aqua
gowns styled similar to the maid of honor. They carried bouquets of blue, pink
and white spring flowers of pompons, carnations and baby's breath.
Mr. Roger Stanley Garski, brother of the bride, was best man, and David
Eggebrecht, 1111 Jackson, Wausau, was the groomsman.
Performing ushering duties were Mr. Felix Czerwinski, 222 North 3rd Ave.,
Wausau, uncle of the bride, and Mr. Larry Gumme, 320 Humbolt, Wausau.
Following the wedding, a dinner was held at the Sportsman's Club, Wausau, at
5:30, with a reception from 7:00 – 9:00, and a dance from 9:00 to 1:00 a.m.
After a wedding trip to an undisclosed location, the couple …. (the rest of my
