Brux, Mr./Mrs. Harlan (35th – 7 JUN 1972)
Mr. and Mrs. Harlan Brux, Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.), held open house at their
home Sunday afternoon in honor of their 35th wedding anniversary.
Dorothy Billisle, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Billisle, and Harlan Brux, son
of Mr. and Mrs. William Brux, were married June 7, 1937 at Holy Rosary Catholic
Church at Balsam Lake, Wis.
To this union were born nine children: Gary (deceased); Mrs. John (Kathryn)
Horton, Madison; Dale, Janet, Milwaukee; Judi, Monica, Marshfield; Edward, Alan
and Mark.
Father Mathew Malnar was celebrant. The couple renewed their marriage vows at a
10:00 o'clock mass offered for their intentions, in which all members of the
immediate family participated.
Out of town guests came from Neenah, Appleton, Freedom, Green Bay, La Crosse,
Madison, Chicago, Manawa, Milwaukee, Willard and Christie.
The cake for the occasion was baked by Mrs. Robert Susa.
