Military Working Dog Tribute (Groundbreaking – 20 April 2017)
Military Working Dog Tribute
A public groundbreaking for the Military Dog Tribute will be held Thursday, Apr. 20, at 1 p.m. at the Highground Veterans Memorial Park on USH 10 west of Neillsville. Designer and sculptor Michael Martino of La Crosse will be on hand at the groundbreaking to describe his journey from the time he was selected for the project until the time of completion last fall.
