Mr. and Mrs. Edward Garbisch recently moved into their new home in Granton from
their farm in the town of Grant. Their now home had been under construction the
past year.
Several new homes are under construction in Granton at the present time. Workers
are busy building on the following homes: Fred Zuehlke, Durward Schwarze and
Robert Schmidt.
A daughter was born to Mr. and Mrs. Robert Scheel, Route 2, Granton, at St.
Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield, on June 26, 1972.
Mr. and Mrs. Neal Fero, Brian and Sandy, Milwaukee, are spending the Fourth of
July vacation with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Feor.
Mr. and Mrs. Roland Heim and family, Cedarburg, recently spent a weekend
visiting his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Heim, and other area relatives.
Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Elmhorst left Friday for a fishing trip to Canada.
Mr. and Mrs. Leland Garbisch spent the weekend camping at Cumberland. They were
joined by their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Larry Marshall and son of
Neillsville.
Sympathy is extended to the family and relatives of Mrs. Arnold Wesenberg, who
died on Friday following a long illness..
