Lyle Arthur Dickinson, of Dousman, died Sunday, May 7, 2017 at Aurora Summit Hospital at the age of 79.

He was born on October 24, 1937 in Withee, WI.

A private family memorial service will take place at a later date.

Lyle Arthur Dickinson, of Dousman, died Sunday, May 7, 2017 at Aurora Summit Hospital at the age of 79.

He was born on October 24, 1937 in Withee, WI, the son of Levi and H. Elizabeth (nee Blazer) Dickinson. He was a graduate of Owen-Withee High School. On February 11, 1961 he married Valerie (nee LePage) in Waukegan, IL.

Lyle had been a semi-truck driver for Sentry Foods, retiring in 1998. He was a member of Jerusalem Presbyterian Church. He loved to farm, loved John Deere tractors and enjoyed taking care of his beef herd.

He will be sadly missed by his wife Valerie, of Dousman, along with their children Lance (Michelle) Dickinson of Wausau and Rochelle (Christopher) Tishuk of Minneapolis, MN. Proud grandfather of Katrina and Alexandra Dickinson of Wausau. Dear brother of Darlene (Randy) Engman of Schofield and Arlene (Rob) Taylor of Mt. Prospect, IL. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Bonnie Dickinson.

A private family memorial service will take place at a later date. Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, Crematory and Preplanning Services is honored to assist the family.
