Spencer

The saw mill has started for its annual spring cut.

Raymond Schilling of Loyal was a Spencer caller last week.

Mrs. S. Plomer has returned home from an extended visit at Stevens Point.

Engineer Potz, of Fond du Lac visited his sister, Mrs. W. Swan, last week.

Mike Stewart and family have moved to Abbotsford where he has rented a farm.

J. R. Kuehnau and wife of Unity visited her mother, Mrs. J. S. Damon, last week.

Mrs. F. Pilson of Rib Lake was the guest of her brother, Phil Bonneville, recently.

G. M. Hayward of Minneapolis called on Spencer relatives and friends last week.

Mrs. Hal Brown of Loyal was the guest of Mrs. John Davel for a few days the past week.

Mr. and Mrs. John Swan of Stevens Point have been spending a few days at the home of his brother Will.

Mrs. E. W. Follett went to Randolph Wednesday to a meeting of the state executive board of the W. C. T. T. of which she is a member.

The following corps of teachers have been engaged for the ensuing year in Spencer: Principal, Miss Thome, Menomonie. Assistant, Mrs. E. K. Pickett, Spencer, Primary, Miss Van Kanel, Wausau.
