About 300 persons received degrees Friday night in ceremonies marking the close
of the 64th annual summer session at the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point.
Area students receiving degrees are Edward Smith, son of Mr. and Mrs. James
Smith, Route 2, Granton; Dennis Turnquist, son of Mr. and Mrs. Art Turnquist of
Route 3, Greenwood, and Karen Wachholz, daughter of Mrs. Isabelle Wachholz, 205
Pearl, Spencer.
