About 150 descendants of the Beaver family gathered at the Spencer Municipal Building Saturday afternoon for a family reunion, which included the three surviving members of nineteen children of Mr. and Mrs. John Beaver, Mrs. Bertha Dean, and Bernard (Stub) Beaver.

Relatives attending from out of state included: Elsie Hecker, Chicago; Mr. and Mrs. Carlton Beaver, West Covina, California; Mr. and Mrs. Gary Pradarelli, Schaumberg, Ill.; Alice and Karen Mittermiller, Sand Diego, California; Mrs. Anna Beaver and Tony Beaver, Dubuque, Iowa; Lawrence Bauer, Livingston, Montana; Mr. and Mrs. Paul Schmidt, Azusa, California; Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Beaver and family, Norwalk, California.

Coming from Wisconsin were relatives of Marshfield, Clinton, Granton, Neillsville, Milladore, Auburndale, Milwaukee, Whitehall, Abbotsford, Rudolph, Hazel Green, Jefferson, Wausau, Stratford, Eau Claire, Chili, Greenwood, and Loyal.
