The Oswald family held a reunion Sunday, August 19, 1972, at the home of Mr. and
Mrs. Orville Oswald, Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.).
Attending were 70 members of the family, all cousins, with the exception of an
uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Oswald of Tomah. The group also celebrated the
82nd birthday of Ed Oswald.
Coming from the farthest distance were Mr. and Mrs. Louis Serpe of Beverly
Hills, California. Others came from La Crosse, Tomah, Sparta, Spooner, Shell
Lake, Bangor, East Troy, West Allis, Eau Claire, Big Bend, Marshfield, Loyal and
Greenwood.
