Loppnow, Karl (15 JAN 1909 – 02 SEP 1972)
Karl Loppnow, 63, of 508 Central, Loyal (Clark Co., Wis.) died Saturday evening
at 11:30 p.m. in St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield.
Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. at the Trinity
Lutheran Church, with the Rev. William Humlie officiating. Burial was made in
the Lutheran Cemetery at Loyal. The Rinka Funeral Home, Loyal, was in charge of
arrangements.
Pallbearers were Ronald Abel, Glen Bloom, Delmar Capelle, Frank Fabian, Russel
Haslow, Roger Kadolph, Ronald Meyer, and Herbert Richert. They make up the
present Trinity Church Council.
Laura and Martha Dux were singers, with Gladys Olson at the organist.
Karl Loppnow was born January 15, 1909, in the town of Beaver (Clark Co.) and
received his education in the local schools.
Karl was custodian for Trinity Lutheran Church at Loyal for 38 years.
Karl Loppnow was never married.
Mr. Loppnow is survived by one sister, Mrs. Harry (Martha) Voss, Horicon, Wis.
