Robinson, John A. (17 April 1909 – 23 December 1971)

John A. Robinson, 63, rural Stanley, died at his home Thursday morning. He was born in Clark County April 17, 1909, and was a life-long resident of the Stanley and Thorp area.

Funeral services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the Plombon Funeral Home in Stanley. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday afternoon and evening and Monday until time of services.

He is survived by his wife, Martha; four sons, William, New Mexico; Jack, Richard, and Charles, all at home; five daughters, Joan, Roxie, and Lynda, all at home, Mrs. Carvel Walters, Cadott, Mrs. Jess McCarter, Arnold, MO; six grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Dan Dutzeler, Owen, Mrs. Clifford Beldon, Eau Claire; and three brothers, Calvin, Pigeon Falls, David, Osseo, and Orin, Augusta.
