Edwin Paul, son of Mr. and Mrs. Russel Lang of rural Spencer, was baptized Sunday morning at Trinity Lutheran Church in Spencer. The Rev. William Ruhbusch, pastor, performed the baptismal rite. Sponsore were Mr. and Mrs. William Kobs, rural Spencer.

Dinner and supper guests at the Lang home were Mr. and Mrs. Kobs, and children Brian and Cheryl, Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Doher and Daryl, rural Spencer; Arwin Beil, Chili; Mr. and Mrs. Archie Bequette, Fairchild; Mr. and Mrs. Dan Metko and Troy, Fremont; and Edwin Paul's great-grandmothers, Mrs. Laura Beil, Chili, and Mrs. Mabel Doehr, Marshfield.
